Valuation

APC is regularly engaged in this field with a particular emphasis on rental disputes.
We can be involved at any stage of the rent review process, whether providing detailed rental advice and acting as a determinator or arbitrator.
John Martin is regularly sought out as one of WA’s most experienced and well regarded determinators and arbitrators and is a sessional member of the State Administrative Tribunal.

John commenced his career in property in 1971 before establishing APC in 1988.
He is a past State and National President of the API and has been a representative at international conferences since the 1980’s.
John has also sat on a diverse range of boards and committees including but not limited to Chair, API International Committee (2017 – present), Deputy Chairman, World Association of Valuation Organisations (2005 – 2010), Board Member, LandCorp (2000 – 2004), Member, Curtin Property Education Foundation and Property Advisory Committee (1993 – 1999).
In 2009 he was elected Chair of the inaugural IVSC Advisory Forum by the members which was formalised by the IVSC in 2011 and continues in this role as chair of the Advisory Forum Working Group.
John specialises in Dispute Resolution and Strategic Property Advice across a broad spectrum of property types.
Custom project specialist with over 30 years experience.
Deb has been a valued member of APC since its inception in 1988.
She has worked closely with the Government Regional Officers Housing program since the 1990’s and has been involved in several custom projects for a range of clients including WA Country Health Service and CALM (now Parks and Wildlife).
Deb’s experience enables her to be involved across a wide range of projects undertaken by APC.

Dan entered the valuation industry in 2007 and since joining APC in 2010 has been engaged by a broad range of clients from both the private and public sectors.
His experience is varied across multiple market segments including specialised property types and in most regions of WA with an emphasis on Perth Metro, the Pilbara and South West.
Dan also works closely with John in Dispute Resolution matters.
