John Martin is licensed valuer and real estate agent, a Life Fellow of the Australian Property Institute (LFAPI) and has more than 40 years experience in the property profession and is the founder of Australian Property Consultants.
John is the Chairman of the International Valuation Standards Committee (IVSC) Professional Valuation Organisations Advisory Forum (2009-present) and has previously served on a number of national and international boards and committees including API State President (1993-1995) and API National President (1995-1996).
John has a broad range of experience across a number of sectors including specialised and heritage properties, leasehold interests, strategic advice to various local government authorities, part of a multi-disciplinary team on significant structure planning projects and is an experienced determinator and arbitrator for property dispute resolution.

Debbie Morling has over 30 years experience in multi-faceted areas of property including sales, management, settlements and valuation assistance.
Deb Joined APC in 1990 and has established and maintained an extensive rental database since 1999 which enables her to provide accurate and detailed advice to relevant Western Australian government departments.

Daniel Martin is a Licensed Valuer and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) with more than 8 years experience in property valuation and advisory throughout Western Australia.
Dan joined APC in 2010 and has experience across a diverse cross section of property types across metropolitan and regional areas providing advice to both the private and public sectors.
